Alexis,
Thanks,

It is not like the is a new problem or issue. The generational disrespects of business thinking has been going on for over a hundred years, if not longer. What is troubling is this issue is becoming a larger problem. This particular generation of young business people are losing touch with reality. Maybe that is why there are so many reality TV shows out...the 19 to 30 year old demographic has to see what is really going on since they are not seeing it in the way they are running their businesses.

As a professor and consultant, I could give hundreds of examples of this arrogance... And quite a few from my own life! Yes, when we are 100% enthusiastic about an idea, we tend to ignore cautioun or planning and, thus, ruin what would be a great business if properly operated.
